Oxygen8 Consulting was established in 2018 with the aim of bringing together the world of HR Strategy and Organisational Psychology. These two specialisms underpin all of our products offerings and services. We offer clients deep, practical and insightful solutions which enable them to engage people through change more successfully.
We work with businesses of any size and across all sectors. We know that the reactions people have in response to change are the same regardless of where they work, the number of people they work with and their position within the business. Our interventions work for large scale change through to small individual transitions.
We work in partnership with clients, aiming to deliver long term shift without the need for ongoing consultancy interventions.

Throughout my career I have been able to draw on my organisational psychology training and HR experience to help businesses, teams and individuals to transition and grow through change.
My aim through Oxygen8, is to help businesses implement change more seamlessly, making change fatigue and change related losses a thing of the past.
